Director and Founder

Rima has been a driving force in Manchester and Salford regions, specialising in Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE).Her work ensures that health research and social care services are not just designed for the community, but with them. Her vision for empowerment particularly for women is rooted in core commitment.

Rima Nserat is bringing a sophisticated blend of clinical authority and community-centred leadership. A trained Consultant Cytotechnologist and Researcher, she possesses a rigorous scientific background that informs the strategic direction of our organisation. Before her work in the UK, Rima built a distinguished career in Jordan, where she served as a high-level Inspector and surveyor in different regulatory bodies. This experience in international regulation and quality assurance provides our CIC with a foundation of unparalleled integrity and professional standards.

Nimra Butt, BSc

Director, Community Empowerment

Nimra is a Director with a deep-rooted passion for celebrating women. While her professional journey includes experience within the independent film and drama sectors, her heart and expertise lie in the world of bridal and wedding artistry. Having worked with countless brides and families across the UK and Europe, Nimra understands that true beauty is a journey from the inside out.

Nimra believes that when a woman feels confident in her appearance, it ignites a deeper sense of self-worth. Her mission within the CIC focuses on encouraging women to recognise their unique value and beauty, fostering confidence that lasts long after the makeup is removed. Drawing on her extensive experience with diverse bridal traditions to ensure the CIC remains a welcoming, inclusive space for women from all ethnic communities.

Imamah Qureshi, BSc, ACCA,

Director, Finance

Imamah brings a unique blend of financial rigor and community-driven passion to our Board of Directors. As a Professional Accountant, she ensures that our CIC remains sustainable, transparent, and primed for growth. Beyond the balance sheets, she is a dedicated advocate for health equity and representation within minority ethnic communities.

Imamah’s vision is centered on breaking down the barriers that often prevent women from diverse backgrounds from accessing the British countryside. By championing physical activity—specifically through hiking and day excursions, she believes we can foster a sense of belonging and mental well-being that resonates far beyond the trail.

"I believe that the Great British outdoors belongs to everyone. My mission is to use my professional experience to build the infrastructure that empowers women of color to claim their space in nature, one hike at a time."
